By engaging ITNavigator for IT support services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
ITNavigator provides IT support, computer repairs, network services, website development, and related technology services to residential and small business clients in Auckland, New Zealand.
Our "No Fix, No Charge" guarantee applies to diagnostic and repair services under the following conditions:
This guarantee does not apply to data recovery services, website development projects, or ongoing managed IT support contracts.
All repair work is covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of service. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will re-address it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover new issues or problems caused by user action, software installations, or physical damage occurring after service.
While we take every precaution, ITNavigator is not liable for data loss during repairs. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any service. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
You may cancel a scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a call-out fee to cover travel time and scheduling costs.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
